I am a landlady and this work was organised remotely. I found Shane very helpful to deal with over the phone, he made my life very easy by taking charge and managing the whole project including recommending and then supplying all the materials and equipment. He also fitted the work in to suit my tenants. He finished the work to a very high standard and at all times was friendly, polite, helpful and kept me informed of any issues or required changes. The level of service was to such a high standard it needed no supervision which helped me enormously. I would highly recommend these guys.

As they did such a good job with our new central heating system I asked if Shane could tackle our new bathroom refit. Having seen photos of his previous work I was satisfied that he would be able to remodel our bathroom to a high standard - and I was right. This was a big job - the bathroom was moved from one room to another, and Shane was able to make sure that all the associated plumbing and drainage was sorted out - both inside and outside the property. I’d asked for some extras to be done which I was happy to pay extra for, and the finished result is stunning. Thank you Swan Bathrooms!

Shane and the guys fitted a new central heating system in hour house - including repositioning and fitting new cast iron radiators. They gave great initial advice about how / where to fit the new boiler and hot water cylinder to maximise space, and the whole job was carried out to a very high standard throughout.
